浅谈液压支架油缸缸筒内壁再制造工艺

摘要 本文详细对比了液压支架油缸再制造常规修复工艺的优缺点及应用情况,并论述了不锈钢熔覆工艺的设备特点、工艺参数及工艺过程,探讨了不锈钢熔覆具有结合强度高、耐腐蚀性强、二次修复能力高及效率高、成本低的优点,最后得出不锈钢熔覆工艺再液压支架油缸内壁熔覆的可行性,为企业确定液压支架油缸缸筒壁再制造工艺方法提供参考,同时可解决矿方需求,为提高企业效益提供有效方法。 The advantages and disadvantages and application of conventional repair process for remanufacturing hydraulic support cylinder are compared in detail in this article,and the equipment characteristics,process parameters and process of stainless steel cladding process are discussed.Finally,it is also discussed that stainless steel cladding has the advantages of high bonding strength,strong corrosion resistance,high secondary repair ability,high efficiency and low cost,and it is concluded that stainless steel cladding process is feasible for the inner wall of hydraulic support cylinder.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the enterprises to determine the remanufacturing process of the cylinder wall of the hydraulic support cylinders,and at the same time to solve the demand of the mine side and provide a method to improve the efficiency of the enterprises.
