高校思政教育与劳动教育的协同育人效应研究

高校思政与劳动教育都是通过一定的方法和途径引导并教育学生形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,是高校学生行为养成及身心发展的关键途径。探究劳动教育与思政教育的协同育人效应,对贯彻落实立德树人及提升高校思政教育的有效性具有鲜明的现实意义。结合劳动教育与思政教育的内涵,针对当前思政教育与劳动教育的协同效应及主要问题,高校应采取构建融合共生的思想体系、构建融合共生的育人机制、构建融合共享的育人格局等策略,有效提升思政教育与劳动教育的协同育人效果,全面提高人才自主培养质量。

Both ideological and political education and labor education in universities can guide and educate students to form a correct outlook on life,values,and the world through certain methods and channels.They are key pathways for behavior cultivation and physical and mental development of university students.Exploring the synergistic educational eff ect between labor education and ideological and political education has clear practical signifi cance for implementing moral education and improving the eff ectiveness of ideological and political education in universities.Based on the connotation of labor education and ideological and political education,and in response to the synergistic eff ect and main problems of current ideological and political education and labor education,universities should adopt strategies such as building a fusion and symbiotic ideological system,building a fusion and symbiotic education mechanism,and building a fusion and sharing education pattern.The measures can eff ective improve the synergistic education eff ect of ideological and political education and labor education,and comprehensively improve the quality of talent independent training.
