摘要
对不同复合材料板簧接头方案进行分析研究,提出了5种接头降本的方案,并应用有限元分析方法对较优的3种方案进行工况验证。针对螺栓孔的布局及数量进行研究,给出了两孔、三孔和四孔3个方案。比较3个方案对板簧接头和复材板簧簧体的影响,结果发现相比于三孔和四孔方案,两孔方案对板簧簧体的伤害更小。对最优接头方案进行台架试验验证,疲劳测试寿命超过50万次,可以满足车辆使用要求。
Through the analysis and research of different composite leaf spring joint schemes,five joint cost reduction schemes are proposed.Three schemes are used to verified by finite element analysis.According to the layout and quantity of bolt holes,three schemes of two holes,three holes and four holes are given,and the effects of these three schemes on the composite leaf spring joint and body are compared.The results show that the two-hole scheme has less damage to the spring body than the three-hole and four-hole schemes.Through bench test,the fatigue life of the optimal joint scheme is more than 500000 times,which can meet the requirements of vehicle use.
