摘要
为满足自动嫁接机切削参数试验研究的需要,设计了一种嫁接苗木切削参数试验装置,装置由机架、切削模块、测量模块、气控模块和控制系统等组成,可自动测量苗木椭形切口的长短、径,实时测量切削过程中嫁接刀的运动参数和切削阻力,观测苗木切削后的切面质量。样机试验结果表明,苗径测量精度较高,能够满足切削参数试验研究的要求,随着切削速度的增加,最大切削阻力呈先减小、后增大且增大幅度逐渐趋缓的变化趋势。
To meet the needs of experimental research on cutting parameters of automatic grafting machines,a cutting parameter testing device for grafting seedlings is designed.The device consists of a frame,cutting module,measurement module,pneumatic control module,and control system.It has the functions of automatically measuring the length and length of the grafting seedlings,real-time measuring the motion parameters and cutting resistance of the grafting knife during the cutting process,and obtaining the cutting quality of the seedlings after cutting.The prototype experiments show that the device can achieve various preset functions,and the design scheme is feasible.
