新时代高校继续教育作为国家终身学习服务体系和人力资源培养服务体系的重要组成部分,其战略目标和任务就是为国家、组织和个人持续发展赋能,为实施国家发展战略服务。通过剖析高校继续教育服务国家重大发展战略的目标定位,进一步提出通过整合学历继续教育、非学历继续教育以及中外合作办学等教育模块、推进高质量发展、加快数字化转型等实现路径,助力高校继续教育主动适应国家重大战略发展,积极提升服务国家重大战略的能力。

Continuing education in colleges and universities in the new era is an important component of the national lifelong learning service system and human resource development service system.Its strategic goals and tasks are to empower the sustainable development of the country,organizations,and individuals,and to serve the implementation of national development strategies.By analyzing the goal orientation of continuing education in colleges and universities to serve the country’s major development strategy,this paper further proposes the realization path of integrating education modules such as academic continuing education,non-academic continuing education and Sino-foreign cooperative education,promoting high-quality development,and accelerating digital transformation,so as to help the continuing education in colleges and universities to actively adapt to the country’s major strategic development and actively improve the ability to serve the country’s major strategies.
