新时代成人高校高质量发展的内涵及路径研究

Research on Connotation and Path of High-quality Development of Adult Colleges and Universities in the New Era

教育高质量发展是新时代赋予中国教育的新使命。从新发展理念的内涵入手,分析了在新发展理念引领下教育高质量发展的内涵和特点,并通过整理和分析教育部公布的数据,探讨了当前成人高校发展中存在的学校数量减少、生源萎缩、办学质量下降、社会信誉度降低等问题及原因,提出新时代成人高校要实现高质量发展,应准确认识其在新时代的价值定位和历史使命,主动调整办学模式,挖掘推动学校发展的内生动力,保持发展质量与规模持续动态平衡,并通过拓展互助合作优化教育资源配置。

High-quality development of education is a new mission of Chinese education in the new era.This paper starts with the connotation of the new development concept,and analyzes the connotation and characteristics of high-quality development of education that is guided by the new development concept.By collating and analyzing the data released by the Ministry of Education,it discusses the problems and reasons in the current development of adult colleges and universities,such as the reduction in the number of schools,the shrinking number of students,the decline in the quality of education,and the decrease of social reputation.It is proposed that in order to achieve high-quality development,adult colleges and universities should understand the new value orientation and historical mission accurately,adjust the school-running mode actively,explore the internal driving force for the development,maintain the sustainable and dynamic balance between quality and scale,and optimize resources allocation by expanding mutual assistance and cooperation.
