成人在线自主学习中的教师干预与机制设计

摘要 随着互联网技术不断发展,在线教育已经逐渐成为一种重要且便捷的教育方式,成人在线自主学习也受到年轻人的欢迎。由于缺乏面对面的互动及指导,且受限于成人学生的特点和学习环境的变化,成人在线自主学习可能遇到各种问题和挑战,因此教师干预和机制设计对于成人在线自主学习的效果具有至关重要的作用。分析了成人在线自主学习的特点和规律、教师干预的必要性以及教师干预的方式和机制设计的整合策略,以帮助成人学习者提高学习效果和效率,促进其全面发展。 With the continuous development of internet technology,online education has gradually become an important and convenient way of education,and self-directed adult online learning is also popular among young people.However,due to the lack of face-to-face interaction and guidance,and limited by the characteristics of adult students and changes in the learning environment,self-directed adult online learning may encounter various problems and challenges.Therefore,teacher intervention and mechanism design play a crucial role in the effectiveness of the learning.In this article,the characteristics and laws of self-directed adult online learning,the necessity of teacher intervention,and the strategy of integrating teacher intervention methods and mechanism design are analyzed to help adult learners improve learning effectiveness and efficiency,and promote their comprehensive development.
