The arrival of the big data era has made possible the personalized development of university teacher training,providing a new path from aspects such as the content,methods,models,management,and evaluation.Specifically,in terms of training content,it should be guided by the needs of teachers and focused on combining it with the educational concepts in the new era,educational technology,and teaching practices;In terms of training methods,a blended learning space should be built on the basis of blended learning model according to teachers’personalized needs;In terms of training model,it should be characterized by precision,personalization,and intelligence;In terms of training management,process evaluation should be the main approach,supplemented by formative evaluation;In terms of training evaluation,self-evaluation should be combined with other evaluations.Personalized training for college teachers based on big data will effectively improve the information literacy and comprehensive quality of university teachers and promote their sustainable development.
