大数据时代高校教师个性化培训研究

摘要 大数据时代的到来,使高校教师培训的个性化发展成为可能,从培训内容、培训方式、培训模式、培训管理和培训评价等方面,为高校教师个性化培训提供了新的路径。具体而言,在培训内容上,应该以教师的需求为导向,注重与新时代教育理念、教育技术和教学实践相结合;在培训方式上,应该以混合学习模式为基础,构建基于教师个性化需求的混合学习空间;在培训模式上,应该以精准化、个性化、智慧化为特征;在培训管理上,应该以过程性评价为主、以形成性评价为辅;在培训评价上,应该以自评与他评相结合。基于大数据的高校教师个性化培训将有效地提高高校教师的信息素养和综合素质,促进其可持续发展。 The arrival of the big data era has made possible the personalized development of university teacher training,providing a new path from aspects such as the content,methods,models,management,and evaluation.Specifically,in terms of training content,it should be guided by the needs of teachers and focused on combining it with the educational concepts in the new era,educational technology,and teaching practices;In terms of training methods,a blended learning space should be built on the basis of blended learning model according to teachers’personalized needs;In terms of training model,it should be characterized by precision,personalization,and intelligence;In terms of training management,process evaluation should be the main approach,supplemented by formative evaluation;In terms of training evaluation,self-evaluation should be combined with other evaluations.Personalized training for college teachers based on big data will effectively improve the information literacy and comprehensive quality of university teachers and promote their sustainable development.
