数字经济、人力资本与区域创新绩效

Digital Economy,Human Capital and Regional Innovation Performance

基于我国2013—2020年30个省(区、市)的面板数据,就数字经济对区域创新绩效的影响进行理论分析和实证检验。研究结果表明,数字经济的发展能够显著推动区域创新绩效的提高。结合我国老龄化趋势加快、人力资本逐渐趋向高级化的事实,将人力资本加入数字经济促进区域创新绩效的过程发现,数字经济的发展能够提升我国的人力资本水平。通过进一步检验可以得出,数字经济还能够以人力资本为中介变量间接提升区域创新绩效。分地区来看,我国数字经济对区域创新绩效的影响具有区域异质性,东部地区数字经济的促进作用要优于中部和西部地区。采用门槛模型检验发现,数字经济对区域创新绩效的影响效果呈现非线性特征,这种效果随着人力资本水平的提高而增强。

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(districts and cities)in China from 2013 to 2020,theoretical analysis and empirical tests are conducted on the impact of digital economy on regional innovation performance.The results show that the development of digital economy can significantly promote the improvement of regional innovation capacity.Combined with the fact that China’s aging trend accelerates and human capital gradually tends to be advanced,higher education human capital is added to the digital economy to promote regional innovation performance,and it is found that the development of the digital economy can enhance the level of higher education human capital in China.Through further tests,it can be found that the digital economy can also indirectly enhance regional innovation performance with higher education human capital as a mediating variable.By region,the impact of China’s digital economy on regional innovation performance is regionally heterogeneous,with the promotion effect of the digital economy in the eastern region being better than that in the central and western regions.Finally,the threshold model test reveals that the effect of digital economy on regional innovation performance shows non-linear characteristics,and this effect is enhanced with the increase of human capital level in higher education.
