3种植物挥发油混配对米象的熏蒸与触杀毒性研究

摘要 分析赤桉、直杆蓝桉和文旦3种植物挥发油的化学成分,并研究其混配对米象的熏蒸与触杀毒性。结果表明:赤桉、直杆蓝桉和文旦3种植物挥发油的主要成分分别为斯巴醇(22.69%)、1,8-桉油精(46.81%)、D-柠檬烯(63.28%)。赤桉与直杆蓝桉挥发油以体积比1∶9及9∶1混配,对米象熏蒸毒性的共毒系数分别为128.29%和121.96%,为增效作用;以体积比3∶7和4∶6混配,共毒系数分别为114.95%和97.42%,为相加作用。文旦与赤桉挥发油以体积比1∶9和7∶3混配,对米象触杀毒性的共毒系数分别为117.44%和85.05%,为相加作用;以体积比8∶2和2∶8混配,共毒系数分别为45.92%和61.82%,为拮抗作用。 Chemical constituents of the volatile from Eucalyptus camaldulensis,Eucalyptus maideni,Cit-rus maxima were analyzed,and the fumigation and contact toxicity of their mixtures against Sitophilus oryzaewas studied.The results showed that the main component of 3 the plant volatile oils from Eucalyp-tus camaldulensis was spathulenol(22.69%),Eucalyptus maidenii was 1,8-cineole(46.81%),and Citrus maxima was D-limonene(63.28%).The co-toxicity coefficients of volatile oils from Eucalyptus ca-maldulensis and Eucalyptus maideni in volume ratio of 1:9 and 9:1 on the fumigation toxicity of Sitophi-lus oryzae were 128.29%and 121.96%,respectively,indicating synergistic effect,while in volume ra-tio of 3:7 and 4:6,the co-toxicity coefficients were 114.95%and 97.42%,respectively,indicating additive effect.The co-toxicity coefficients of volatile oils from Citrus maxima and Eucalyptus camaldu-lensis in volume ratio of 1:9 and 7:3 on the contact toxicity of Sitophilus oryzae were 117.44%and 85.05%,respectively,indicating additive effect,while in volume ratio of 8:2 and 2:8,the co-toxicity coefficients were 45.92%and 61.82%,respectively,indicating antagonistic effect.
