广西城市土地绿色利用效率评价及空间分异特征研究

Evaluation and Spatial Differentiation Characteristics of Urban Land Green Use Efficiency in Guangxi

揭示城市土地绿色利用效率,有利于合理利用有限的城市土地,推动经济与环境绿色协调可持续发展。以国家五大发展理念和构建资源节约型与环境友好型社会为指导,将广西十四个地级市建成区作为评价单元,从“经济-社会-环境”三个维度,选取地均工业废水、烟粉(尘)、SO2排放量、城市生活污水处理率等12项指标构建评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定指标权重,综合评价法测算广西城市土地绿色利用效率。结果表明:广西城市土地绿色利用总体效率不高,呈稳定上升趋势,且呈现出桂南地区高于桂北地区、西部高于东部、工业较为发达的中部地区土地绿色利用效率较低的空间特征。建议采取加大城市污染治理力度、改变产业结构、大力提倡土地绿色利用及优化城市土地利用结构等措施,促进城市土地持续高效利用,助力城市高质量发展。

Revealing the green utilization efficiency of urban land is conducive to the rational use of limited urban land,and promotes the coordinated and sustainable development of economy and environment.Guided by the national development concept of Innovation,Coordination,Green,Openning and Sharing and the construction of a resource-saving and environment-riendly society,and by taking the built-up areas of 14 prefecture level cities in Guangxi as the evaluation unit,from three dimensions of Economy,Society,Environment,the evaluation index system was constructed by selecting 12 indicators,such as average industrial wastewater,tobacco powder(dust),SO 2 emission,urban sewage treatment rate,average urban fixed asset investment,per capita green area of park,etc.The entropy method was used to determine the index weight,and the comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the green use efficiency of urban land in Guangxi.The results show that:the overall efficiency of urban land green use in Guangxi is not high and shows a steady upward trend,and it is higher in south Guangxi than in north Guangxi,higher in west Guangxi than in east Guangxi,and lower in central Guangxi with more developed industry.Finally,suggestions such as strengthening urban pollution control,changing industrial structure,vigorously advocating green land use and optimizing urban land use structure can also be provided as reference for the efficient and sustainable development of urban land in Guangxi.
