基于熵权法的鼓浪屿景区旅游解说系统评价研究

Evaluation of Tourism Interpretation System of Kulangsu Scenic Spot Based on Entropy Weight Method

旅游解说系统是游客与景点及其管理者之间的交流方式,也是景区管理者的服务工具和重要的管理手段之一。本研究以鼓浪屿5A级景区旅游解说系统为研究对象,通过分析旅游解说系统,构建了鼓浪屿景区旅游解说系统评价指标体系。运用熵权法得出旅游解说系统影响要素权重,再结合模糊评价法对旅游解说系统进行多级评价。结果表明:鼓浪屿景区旅游解说系统的自导式解说、向导式解说和综合式解说指标权重分别为:0.4991、0.3472和0.1537;旅游解说系统综合评价分值4.306,属很好水平。并根据评价结果和实地考察相结合对鼓浪屿景区旅游解说系统提出相关建议。

The tourism commentary system is a means of communication between tourists and attractions and their managers,and is also a service tool and an important management tool for scenic spot managers.This paper takes the Kulangsu 5A level scenic spot as the survey location,and analyzes the tourism commentary system to construct the evaluation index system of Kulangsu scenic spot tourism commentary system.By using the entropy weight method and multilevel fuzzy evaluation method,the evaluation system of Kulangsu in the national key scenic spots is evaluated.The results show that the guide weights,self-guided commentary and comprehensive commentary index weights of Kulangsu scenic spot tourism interpretation system are:0.4991,0.3472 and 0.1537 respectively;the commentary system evaluation score is 4.31,which is a very good level.According to the combination of the evaluation results and the field investigation,the relevant suggestions for the Kulangsu scenic spot interpretation system are put forward.
