摘要
职称评审是高校教师评价的重要方式,是高校教师队伍建设的有力指挥棒,其导向直接影响着高校高层次人才、师资队伍的建设质量。在破“五唯”背景下,A大学进行了系列职称改革:完善师德考评,进一步强化立德树人;为引进急需高层次教师开辟“绿色通道”;实行分类评价,构建符合学科特点的多元评价体系;坚持以质量与贡献为导向,树立职称评价新标准;创新第三方评价方式,实行“代表性成果”评价制度等。A大学的职称改革案例为新时代地方高校职称改革提供经验借鉴。
Professional title is an important way of university talent evaluation,and a powerful baton for universities teachers construction.It directly affects the construction quality of high level talents and teachers in universities.Under the background of Breaking-Five-Orientation policy,University A has been exploring the professional title evaluation:1.Put teachers'morality first;2.Carve out a“green way”for urgently needed high level talents;3.Enhance the evaluation system of diversified classification,and construct a system that accords with characteristics of different disciplines;4.Highlight quality and contribution orientation,and set new standard for professional title evaluation;5.Implement the thirdparty evaluation and representative academic results evaluation system.The professional title evaluation reform of University A provides experience for other universities in the new era.
