电子信息装备热效应智能化改进研究与验证

Research and Verification of Intellectualization Improvement on Thermal Effects of Electronic Information Equipment

摘要 针对电子信息装备运行过程中因整体过热造成故障或寿命缩短等问题,在热效应改进安全性、大功率热效应元器件驱动、基于BP神经网络增量PID的温度智能控制及系统与装备集成结合方式等四方面开展了相关研究,设计并开发热效应改进样机,从装备高温和低温两方面进行热效应改进综合验证,取得温度控制误差±0.2℃的实验结果,证明了热效应改进方案的可行性。 Aiming at the problems such as failure or shortening of service life caused by overall overheating during the operation of electronic information equipment,the relevant research has been carried out in four aspects:improving the safety of thermal effect,drive components with high-power thermal effect,intelligent temperature control based on BP neural network incremental PID and the integration mode of system and equipment.The thermal effect improvement prototype has been designed and developed,and the thermal effect improvement has been comprehensively verified from the two aspects of high temperature and low temperature.The experimental results with temperature control error of±0.2℃are obtained,which proves the feasibility of the improvement scheme of thermal effects.
