复杂多工况条件下火炮射击稳定性仿真分析

摘要 针对当前火炮在靶场试验中存在的考核不全面、不充分等问题,基于ADAMS软件,建立了某型履带式自行火炮的多体动力学模型,然后仿真分析了该火炮在纵向(不同射角)、横向(不同方向角)和不同地面类型下的射击稳定性;射击稳定性采用车体质心横向及纵向位移、横滚角、纵摇角等参数进行考核。仿真结果表明,高低角、方向角和土壤参数均对火炮射击稳定性产生一定影响,影响规律为火炮在不同实际工况条件下的射击试验提供重要参考。 For the problems of incomplete and insufficient assessment of the guns in the current shooting test in the range,the multi-body dynamics model of a self-propelled gun is established based on the ADAMS software.The firing stability under different working conditions such as longitudinal firing(different angle of fire),horizontal firing(different direction angle),and different ground types is simulated and analyzed.The firing stability is assessed by such parameters as the transverse and longitudinal displacement,rolling angle and pitch angle,etc.of the hull mass center.The simulation results show that elevation,azimuth angles and soil parameters all have a certain impact on the firing stability of the guns,and the effect law could provide important reference for the gun firing test under different actual working conditions.
