乙酰半胱氨酸与氨溴索在小儿社区获得性肺炎临床治疗中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Acetylcysteine and Ambroxol in the Clinical Treatment of Children with Community-acquired Pneumonia

目的 分析小儿社区获得性肺炎临床治疗应用乙酰半胱氨酸与氨溴索联合用药方式的效果。方法 选取2016年8月—2022年6月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第961医院及齐齐哈尔市第一医院诊治的78例社区获得性肺炎患儿,经数字随机抽样法分为常规组和研究组,各39例。常规组患儿使用氨溴索静脉注射治疗,研究组使用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗,对比分析两组患儿的治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗有效率(94.87%)较常规组(74.36%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.303,P<0.05);研究组发热改善时间、咳嗽改善时间、肺部啰音改善时间、住院时间均明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白均明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 为社区获得性肺炎患儿使用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入联合治疗,能够改善患儿临床指标和炎性因子水平,治疗效果显著,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of the combined use of acetylcysteine and ambroxol in the clinical treat⁃ment of children with community-acquired pneumonia.Methods 78 children with community-acquired pneumonia who were diagnosed and treated at the 961st Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People's Lib⁃eration Army and the First Hospital of Qiqihar City from August 2016 to June 2022 were selected.They were ran⁃domly divided into a conventional group and a study group using digital sampling method,with 39 cases in each group.The conventional group of children was treated with intravenous ambroxol injection,while the study group was treated with acetylcysteine nebulization inhalation.The treatment effects of the two groups of children were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(94.87%)was higher than that in the conven⁃tional group(74.36%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.303,P<0.05).The improvement time of fever,cough,lung rale,and hospital stay in the study group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Tumor necrosis factor-α,the levels of interleukin-1,interleukin-6,and C-reactive proteinof the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of acetylcysteine nebulization inhala⁃tion for children with community-acquired pneumonia can improve the clinical indicators and levels of inflammatory factors in children, the therapeutic effect is significant, and the clinical application value is high.
