血常规检查联合血生化检验在病毒性肝炎中的应用价值分析

Application Value of Blood Routine Examination Combined with Blood Biochemical Examination in Viral Hepatitis

目的 分析血常规检查联合血生化检验在诊断病毒性肝炎中的应用价值。方法 选取2020年6月—2022年4月太仓市中医院治疗的60例病毒性肝炎患者设定为观察组,另选择同一时期来本院体检的60例健康人员为对照组,对两组均进行血常规和生化指标检验。分析比较两组淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、白细胞、血小板计数、总胆红素、白蛋白、血清白蛋白/球蛋白以及丙氨酸转氨酶。结果 观察组淋巴细胞、总胆红素、丙氨酸转氨酶高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组中性粒细胞、白细胞、血小板计数、白蛋白、血清白蛋白/球蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于病毒性肝炎患者的临床诊断中,选择血常规检查联合血生化检验可以有效分析患者肝功能情况,并为临床治疗提供科学数据支持。

Objective To analyze the application value of blood routine examination combined with blood biochemical examination in diagnosis of viral hepatitis.Methods 60 patients with viral hepatitis treated in Taicang Hospital of Tra⁃ditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Two groups were tested for blood routine and biochemical indicators.Lymphocytes,neutrophils,white blood cells,platelet count,total bilirubin,albumin,serum albumin/globulin and alanine aminotransferase were analyzed and com⁃pared in the two groups.Results Lymphocytes,total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Neutrophils,white blood cells,platelet counts,albumin and serum albumin/globulin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the clinical diagnosis of patients with viral hepatitis,the combination of blood routine examination and blood biochemical examination can ef⁃fectively analyze the liver function of patients and provide scientific data support for clinical treatment.
