急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施区域协同救治体系干预的效果研究

Effect of Regional Coordinated Treatment System Intervention on Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的 研究急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施区域协同救治体系干预的效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年1月龙门县人民医院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者198例作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组99例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组进行区域协同救治体系干预。对比最终治疗效果。结果 观察组医生接诊时间、院前抢救时间、急诊抢救时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除了CT报告出具时间外,观察组诊疗时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血氧饱和度(96.02±0.24)%、舒张压(80.39±2.37)mmHg、收缩压(119.34±2.76)mmHg和呼吸频率(15.39±1.95)次/min均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=92.381、14.327、31.374、12.328,P<0.05)。结论 急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施区域协同救治体系干预可提高治疗效果,缩短急救时间。

Objective To study the effect of regional coordinated treatment system intervention in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 198 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Longmen County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 99 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received regional collab⁃orative treatment system intervention.Compare the final treatment effect.Results The doctor's admission time,pre-hospital rescue time and emergency rescue time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition to the time of CT report,the time of diagnosis and treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood oxygen saturation(96.02±0.24)%,diastolic blood pressure(80.39±2.37)mmHg,sys⁃tolic blood pressure(119.34±2.76)mmHg and respiratory rate(15.39±1.95)times/min in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=92.381,14.327,31.374,12.328,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of regional coordinated treatment system intervention for acute isch⁃emic stroke patients can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the first aid time.
