自制化瘀止痛贴穴位贴敷联合口服中药治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Homemade Blood-stasis-removing and Analgesic Patch Acupoint Application Combined with Oral Chinese Medi⁃cine in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea

目的探讨自制化瘀止痛贴中药穴位贴敷联合少腹逐瘀汤治疗血瘀型原发性痛经的效果。方法选择2021年5月—2022年9月梅州市中医医院收治的60例血瘀型原发性痛经患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组采取少腹逐瘀汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加自制化瘀止痛贴贴敷治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CMSS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组CMSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6个月后随访,观察组复发率为3.45%低于对照组的29.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.919,P<0.05)。结论自制化瘀止痛贴中药穴位贴敷联合中药辨证口服治疗血瘀型原发性痛经的效果显著,可以改善患者痛经症状,减轻疼痛程度,也能减少复发。

Objective To explore the effect of homemade Huayu Zhitong Patch with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea.Methods Sixty patients with primary dysmenorrhea of blood stasis type admitted to Meizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Tang,while the observation group was treated with self-made Huayu Zhitong plaster on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the CMSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CMSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was 3.45%,which was lower than the control group's 29.17%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.919,P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Huayu Zhitong Patch,acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with oral Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation,has a significant effect in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of blood stasis type.It can improve the symptoms of patients with dysmenorrhea,reduce pain,and reduce recurrence.
