探讨葆宫止血颗粒在治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的效果

Exploring the Effect of Baogongzhixue Granules in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的研讨葆宫止血颗粒在治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(简称功血)的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年4月郓城县人民医院收治的110例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的患者,根据治疗方式不同分为常规组(宫腔镜电切术治疗)和研究组(葆宫止血颗粒联合宫腔镜电切术治疗),每组55例。比较两组临床疗效及凝血指标。结果研究组疗效显著高于常规组(98.18%vs 81.82%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.182,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组各项凝血指标水平均显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者实施葆宫止血颗粒联合宫腔镜电切术治疗,有助于提高临床疗效,改善凝血功能指标,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of Baogongzhixue Granules in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding(referred to as functional bleeding).Methods A total of 110 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding treated in Yuncheng County People's Hospital from June 2022 to April 2023 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into conventional group(hysteroscopic electroresection treatment)and study group(Baogongzhijing granule combined with hysteroscopic electroresection treatment),with 55 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and coagulation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(98.18%vs 81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.182,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of coagulation indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baogongzhixue Granules combined with hysteroscopic resection can help improve clinical efficacy and coagulation function indicators in patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and has high application value.
