摘要
基于全球气候的改变,在逐年变暖的背景下,极端天气的出现频率越来越高,随之而来的中暑病例数量增多。热射病(heat stroke,HS)是中暑类型的一种,严重程度极高。该病的发生与机体遭受严重热打击有关,典型表现即为中枢神经系统功能异常,并且还会伴有多器官功能的损伤,致使内环境发生不同程度的紊乱。该病所致机体的核心温度>40℃,具有较高的死亡风险。现阶段,人们对热射病的发病机制、临床治疗等产生新的认知。本文对热射病的发病机制、临床治疗等进行综述,为后续疾病的治疗提供新思路。
Based on the changes in global climate and the background of warming year by year,the frequency of extreme weather is becoming more and more frequent,and the number of heat stroke cases is increasing accordingly.Heat stroke(HS)is a type of heat stroke that is extremely severe.The occurrence of this disease is related to the severe thermal shock to the body.The typical manifestation is abnormal function of the central nervous system,which is also accompanied by damage to multiple organ functions,resulting in varying degrees of disorder in the internal environment.The disease causes the body's core temperature to be higher than 40℃,which carries a higher risk of death.At this stage,people have new understanding of the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of heat stroke.This article reviews the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of heat stroke,providing new ideas for the treatment of subsequent diseases.
