LP-PLA2和Hcy水平与急性脑梗死神经功能缺损的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of LP-PLA2 and Hcy Levels with Neurological Deficits in Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(lipoproteinassociated phospholipase A2,LP-PLA2)和同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平与急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)神经功能缺损的相关性。方法回顾性分析2021年12月—2022年12月就诊于内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院神经内科的急性脑梗死偏瘫患者共60例的临床资料,设置为研究组;将同期健康体检者60例设置为对照组。比较分析研究组和对照组的LP-PLA2和Hcy水平差异。进一步对不同程度神经功能缺损患者的LP-PLA2和Hcy水平与神经功能缺损的相关性进行分析。结果发病早期和发病3个月后,研究组和对照组的LP-PLA2和Hcy水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LP-PLA2水平、Hcy水平与ACI神经功能缺陷呈正相关(r=0.648、0.623,P<0.05)。结论LP-PLA2和Hcy与ACI神经功能缺陷具有较强的相关性,联合检测能够有效评估ACI神经功能损伤,提高ACI风险评估的效能,为ACI偏瘫患者临床治疗提供客观依据。LP-PLA2与Hcy联合诊断ACI神经功能缺损的各项指标表现结果优于单独诊断。

Objective To analyze the correlation between lipoproteinassociated phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2)and homocysteine(Hcy)levels and neurological deficits in acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Retrospectively analysed of clinical data of 60 hemiplegic cases suffering from ACI who attended the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology from December 2021 to December 2022 set as the study group,and 60 cases of those who had a healthy physical examination during the same period were set as the control group.Compared and analyzed the differences in LP-PLA2 and Hcy levels between the subjects in the study group and the control group.The correlation between LP-PLA2 and Hcy levels and neurological deficits in cases with different degrees of neurological deficits was further analyzed.Results There was statistically significant differences in LP-PLA2 and Hcy levels between the study group and the control group in early onset and 3 months after onset(P<0.05).LP-PLA2 levels and Hcy levels were positively correlated with ACI neurological deficits(r=0.648,0.623,P<0.05).Conclusion LP-PLA2 and Hcy have a strong correlation with ACI neurological deficits,and the combined test can effectively assess ACI neurological impairment,improve the efficacy of ACI risk assessment,and provide an objective basis for the clinical treatment of ACI hemiplegic patients.The performance results of the indicators of LP-PLA2 and Hcy in the joint diagnosis of ACI neurological deficits were better than those of individual diagnosis.
