血肿穿刺引流术与开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Hematoma Puncture and Drainage and Craniotomy in the Treatment of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的分析血肿穿刺引流术与开颅手术治疗高血压脑出血疗效。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月巨野县人民医院收治的80例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,通过随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用开颅手术,观察组采用血肿穿刺引流术,比较两组疗效。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者生活自理能力显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术中出血量、手术时间和住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血肿穿刺引流术损伤小,术后生活自理能力恢复效果好。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of hematoma puncture and drainage and craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group underwent craniotomy,while the observation group underwent hematoma puncture and drainage.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05).After treatment,the self-care ability of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative bleeding volume,surgical time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hematoma puncture and drainage has little damage,good recovery of neurological function,and the patients'ability of self-care in daily life.
