摘要
目的探讨miR-26a与儿童哮喘严重程度的相关性。方法选取2021年7月—2022年12月在齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院呼吸科住院的100例哮喘急性发作儿童和需择期手术但无哮喘指征的100例患儿纳入本次临床研究,设为研究组和对照组,按疾病严重程度将研究组分为轻度组(n=36)、中度组(n=41)和重度组(包括重度和危重,n=23),qRT-PCR检测3组儿童血浆miR-26a水平,Pearson相关分析miR-26a水平与疾病严重程度的相关性。结果轻度、中度、重度哮喘患儿的miR-26a相对表达量为(1.04±0.25)、(1.28±0.33)、(1.51±0.52),均明显高于对照组儿童的(0.88±0.37),差异有统计学意义(t=2.402、6.009、6.786,P<0.05),Pearson显示哮喘儿童血浆miR-26a与疾病严重程度显著相关(r=0.732,P<0.001)。结论血浆miR-26a水平可以有效区分健康个体和哮喘儿童,并与哮喘疾病严重程度存在明显的相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between miR-26a and asthma severity in children.Methods 100 children with acute attack of asthma hospitalized in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from July 2021 to December 2022 and 100 children who needed elective surgery but had no indication of asthma were included in this clinical study,seted as the study group and the control group.The study group were divided into mild(n=36),moderate(n=41)and severe(including severe and critical,n=23)groups according to disease severity.qRT-PCR was used to detect plasma miR-26a levels in the three groups,and Pearson's correlation analysis was performed to analyze the correlation between the miR-26a levels and disease severity.Results The relative expression of miR-26a in children with mild,moderate and severe asthma was(1.04±0.25),(1.28±0.33),(1.51±0.52),which were significantly higher than that of(0.88±0.37)in children in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.402,6.009,6.786,P<0.05).Pearson showed that plasma miR-26a was significantly correlated with disease severity in asthmatic children(r=0.732,P<0.001).Conclusion Plasma miR-26a levels effectively differentiate between healthy individuals and asthmatic children and are significantly correlated with asthma disease severity.
