火针配合关节松动术治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Fire Needling with Joint Loosening in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis of the Knee

目的火针配合关节松动术治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年7月—2022年1月期间中山市黄圃人民医院康复科和骨科住院及门诊的60例膝骨关节炎患者,以随机数表法均分两组,每组30例。对照组予关节松动术治疗,研究组予火针配合关节松动术治疗。对比两组治疗效果,治疗前后15 m行走时间、临床症状改善情况。结果治疗后,研究组与对照组的总有效率分别为96.67%、73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05);研究组患者的15 m行走时间,关节功能、关节僵硬以及关节疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝骨关节炎患者接受火针配合关节松动术治疗后取得了显著的临床效果,患者的15 m行走时间得以缩短,临床症状明显改善,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of fire needling with joint loosening in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were hospitalized and outpatients in the Department of Rehabilitation and the Department of Orthopaedics of Huangpu People's Hospital of Zhongshan from July 2020 to January 2022 were selected,and were divided into two groups of 30 cases each by random number table method.The control group was treated with joint loosening,and the study group was treated with fire acupuncture and joint loosening.The two groups were compared in terms of treatment effect,15-meter walking time and improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the study group and the control group were 96.67%and 73.33%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).The 15 meter walking time,joint function,joint stiffness,and joint pain scores of the study group patients were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with osteoarthritis of the knee who were treated with fire acupuncture with joint loosening achieved significant clinical results,the patients'15-meter walking time was shortened,the clinical symptoms were significantly improved,and the clinical application value was remarkable.
