摘要
骨代谢是指各种生理/机械应力伴随骨骼的不同功能适应而产生的动态平衡结果。甲状旁腺素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)在骨代谢中发挥重要作用,其研究成果可为治疗骨质疏松症、促进软骨细胞的代谢、控制骨关节滑膜炎症等提供新的靶点。本文就PTH对骨质疏松症、骨关节炎及股骨头坏死的影响做一综述,以期为临床实践提供参考。
Bone metabolism refers to the dynamic balance results of various physiological/mechanical stresses along with different functional adaptations of bones.Parathyroid hormone(PTH)plays an important role in bone metabolism,and its research achievements may provide new targets for the treatment of osteoporosis,the promotion of chondrocyte metabolism,and the control of synovial inflammation of joints and bones.This article reviewed the effects of PTH on osteoporosis,osteoarthritis and necrosis of femoral head,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
