保妇康栓与重组人干扰素α2b治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Baofukang Suppository and Recombinant Human Interferonα2b in the Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis Combined with HPV Infection

目的探讨保妇康栓与重组人干扰素α2b治疗慢性宫颈炎合并人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的临床效果。方法方便选择2020年6月—2022年6月连云港市第一人民医院治疗的慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者86例为研究对象,随机数表法分成对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43)。对照组予以重组人干扰素α2b治疗,观察组采用保妇康栓联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗。比较两组患者的临床症状消失时间、炎性因子水平、HPV转阴率、血液病毒载量及病情复发率。结果治疗后,观察组临床症状的失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血液病毒载量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组HPV转阴率为83.72%高于对照组的65.12%,复发率为2.33%低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.909、4.468,P<0.05)。结论慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者采取保妇康栓与重组人干扰素α2b联合用药治疗,可促进其临床症状的快速消失,降低炎性因子水平,有效减少血液病毒载量,提高患者HPV转阴率,降低病情复发率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Baofukang suppository and recombinant human interferonα2b in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 86 patients with chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infection treated in Lianyungang First People′s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43)using the random number table method.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα2b,and the observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository combined with recombinant human interferonα2b.The clinical symptom disappearance time,inflammatory factor levels,HPV negative conversion rate,blood viral load and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the lost time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the load was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the HPV negative conversion rate of the observation group was 83.72%,which was higher than that of the control group 65.12%,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.33%,which was lower than that of the control group 18.60%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.909,4.468,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Baofukang suppository and recombinant human interferonα2b can promote the rapid disappearance of clinical symptoms and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with chronic cervicitis complicated by HPV infection.It can effectively reduce the blood viral load,improve the HPV negative conversion rate of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
