减阈疼痛护理联合评判性思维护理对于痔疮手术患者的作用及对疼痛缓解的影响

Effect of Subliminal Pain Nursing Combined with Critical Thinking Nurs⁃ing on Patients with Hemorrhoid Surgery and Pain Relief

目的分析减阈疼痛护理联合评判性思维护理对于痔疮手术患者的影响。方法研究对象为方便选取2020年1月—2022年12月于厦门大学附属第一医院进行手术治疗的98例痔疮患者,通过随机抽签法分为两组,各49例,对照组使用批判性思维护理,观察组给予减阈疼痛护理+评判性思维护理,比较两组疼痛情况、心理状态、自护能力。结果术后1 d,两组视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分比较分别为(3.41±0.68)分、(3.36±0.70)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2 d,观察组VAS评分为(2.03±0.29)分,低于对照组的(2.65±0.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.224,P<0.05);护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分低于对照组,且护理后两组SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组自护能力各评分高于对照组,且护理后两组自护能力各评分高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论减阈疼痛护理+评判性思维护理能降低痔疮手术患者的疼痛感,减少不良情绪,增强患者的自护能力,临床效果显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of subliminal pain nursing combined with critical thinking nursing on patients with hemorrhoid surgery.Methods The study subjects were 98 patients with hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2020 to December 2022 were conveniently selected,and were divided into two groups by random drawing method,with 49 each.The control group received critical thinking nursing,and the observation group received subliminal pain care+critical thinking nursing.The pain,mental state and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results 1 d after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the two groups(3.41±0.68)points and(3.36±0.70)points(P>0.05).2 d after surgery,the VAS score of the observation group was(2.03±0.29)points,which was lower than that of the control group(2.65±0.31)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.224,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,SDS and SAS scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the self-care ability scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Subliminal pain nursing+critical thinking nursing can reduce the pain of patients with hemorrhoid surgery,reduce bad emotions,enhance patients′self-care ability,and the clinical effect is significant.
