腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者应用标准化护理联合健康宣教的作用分析

Role of Standardized Nursing Combined with Health Education in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Resection of Colon Cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者应用标准化护理联合健康宣教的临床价值。方法随机选取2022年1—12月于厦门大学附属第一医院行腹腔镜根治术治疗的结肠癌患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成两组,对照组30例给予标准化护理,观察组30例在对照组基础上联合健康宣教,对比两组健康认知评分、自我管理量评分、生活质量量表-36评分。结果出院前观察组健康认知评分(82.34±7.05)分、自我管理量表评分(60.86±7.38)分、生活质量量表-36评分(85.06±3.62)分均高于对照组[(75.36±7.19)分、(51.43±5.23)分、(78.86±4.30)分],差异有统计学意义(t=3.797、5.710、6.042,P<0.05)。结论针对行腹腔镜根治术的结肠癌患者,通过开展标准化护理+健康宣教,能强化健康认知,提高自我管理能力与生活质量,综合效果突出。

Objective To explore the clinical value of standardized nursing combined with health education in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with colon cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical resection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.30 patients in the control group were given standardized nursing,and 30 patients in the observation group were combined with health education on the basis of the control group.The health cognition score,self management score and quality of life scale-36 score were compared between the two groups.Results Before discharge,the scores of health cognition(82.34±7.05)points,self-management scale(60.86±7.38)points and quality of life scale-36(85.06±3.62)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(75.36±7.19)points,(51.43±5.23)points,(78.86±4.30)points],and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.797,5.710,6.042,P<0.05).Conclusion For colon cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical surgery,standardized nursing+health education can strengthen health cognition,improve self-management ability and quality of life,and the comprehensive effect is outstanding.
