冠心病患者PCI术后应用基于5E理念的综合康复护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Applying Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Care Based on the 5E Concept after PCI in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

目的分析基于5E理念的综合康复护理用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称为冠心病)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后护理中的临床效果。方法方便选取2020年8月—2023年2月丰县人民医院收治的72例冠心病PCI治疗患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,每组36例。对照组采用常规护理为,观察组采用基于5E理念综合康复护理。对比两组不良反应、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组不良反应发生率为0低于对照组的19.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.697,P<0.05)。护理前,两组中国心血管病人生活质量评定问卷评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率为97.22%,较对照组的77.78%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05)。结论将基于5E理念的综合康复护理用于冠心病患者PCI术后可减少不良反应,提升生活质量,患者较为满意。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the 5E concept in postoperative nursing of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 72 patients with coronary heart disease treated by PCI in Fengxian People′s Hospital from August 2020 to February 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on 5E concept.Adverse reactions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0 lower than that of 19.44%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.697,P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in CQQC scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of 5E can reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and the patients are more satisfied.
