不同年龄及性别对矫治器初戴后疼痛的影响

Effect of different ages and genders on pain after initial appliance wear

目的 探讨不同年龄及性别对矫治器初戴后疼痛的影响。方法 选取2020年9月至2021年9月于深圳市龙华区人民医院口腔科就诊的固定正畸患者74例,按年龄分为研究组(36例)和对照组(38例)。比较2组初戴矫治器后不同时间点视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果 2组初戴矫治器后疼痛发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在初戴矫治器后4、8、24 h及2 d时,研究组疼痛反应更为敏感,且研究组疼痛峰值比对照组提前,2组VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在初戴矫治器后3~7 d时,2组疼痛呈缓解趋势,且VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组中,不同性别患者VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 青少年患者对于初戴矫治器引起的疼痛反应更为敏感且适应能力更强,性别对于矫治器初戴后疼痛的影响不大。

Objective To explore the effects of different ages and genders on pain after initial appliance wear.Methods A total of 74 patients with fixed orthodontics who were treated in the department of stomatology of longhua people′s hospital of shenzhen from september 2020 to september 2021 were selected and divided into the study group(36 casees)and the control group(38 casees)according to age.the visual analog scale(vas)scores at different time points after first wearing orthotics were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of pain between the two groups after first wearing the appliance(P>0.05).At 4,8,24 h and 2 days after first wearing the appliance,the pain response in the study group was more sensitive,and the pain peak in the study group was earlier than that in the control group,and the difference in VAS score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 to 7 days after first wearing the appliance,the pain of the two groups showed a trend of relief,and there was no statistical significance in VAS score(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between different genders among all groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Adolescent patients are more sensitive to the pain caused by the first wearing of the appliance and have stronger adaptability,and gender has little effect on the pain after the first wearing of the appliance.
