红光与强脉冲光治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床研究

Clinical study of red light and intensepulsed light inthe treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis

目的 探讨红光与强脉冲光治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取2018年12月至2021年12月九江学院附属医院收治的80例激素依赖性皮炎患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例),研究组采用红光治疗,对照组采用强脉冲光治疗,比较2组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、皮损修复情况及皮肤屏障功能指标。结果 2组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗第2、4周时皮损修复数量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗第6、12周时皮损修复数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组皮肤油脂水平、皮肤红斑面积、水分丢失量差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 红光与强脉冲光治疗激素依赖性皮炎均有良好的效果及安全性,能有效改善患者皮肤屏障功能,但红光在短期内具有更好的皮损修复效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of red light and intense pulsed light in the treatment of hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with hormone dependent dermatitis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University from December 2018 to December 2021 were randomly divided into the study group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)using random number table method.The research group was treated with red light,while the control group was treated with intense pulsed light.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,repair of skin lesions,and skin barrier function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).At the 2nd and 4th week of treatment,the number of skin lesions repaired in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of skin lesions repaired between the two groups at the 6th and 12th weeks of treatment(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in terms of skin oil levels,skin erythema area,and water loss amount between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both red light and intense pulsed light have good effects and safety in the treatment of hormone dependent dermatitis,which can effectively improve the skin barrier function of patients.However,red light has better skin damage repair effects in the short term.
