预防医学专业学生心理弹性的现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of psychological resilienceamong students majoring in preventive medicine

目的 探讨预防医学专业学生心理弹性现状及其影响因素。方法 选取川北医学院公共卫生学院2022级预防医学专业在校本科生463名作为研究对象,采用修订的心理弹性量表(中文版)及社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查。结果 预防医学专业学生心理弹性总分为7~100分,平均(58.25±14.80)分,其中坚韧性、力量性和乐观性维度评分分别为(29.40±8.22)、(19.86±5.03)、(8.99±2.63)分。预防医学专业学生心理弹性总分及各维度评分与社会支持总分及各维度评分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。不同人口学特征(性别、民族、是否恋爱除外)学生心理弹性总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。社会支持、学习压力和生源地是预防医学专业学生心理弹性水平的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 预防医学专业学生心理弹性处于中等水平,社会支持度、学习压力和生源地是影响预防医学专业学生心理弹性水平的独立危险因素。

Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of psychological resilience among students majoring in preventive medicine.Methods A total of 463 undergraduate students majoring in preventive medicine in the School of Public Health,North Sichuan Medical College in 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted using the revised psychological resilience scale(Chinese version)and social support rating scale.Results The total score range of psychological resilience for students majoring in preventive medicine was 7-100 points,with an average of(58.25±14.80)points.The scores of resilience,strength,and optimism dimensions were(29.40±8.22),(19.86±5.03),and(8.99±2.63)points,respectively.The total score of psychological resilience and scores for all dimension of students majoring in preventive medicine were positively correlated with the total score of social support and scores for all dimension(P<0.01).There was statistically significant difference in the total score of psychological resilience among students with different demographic characteristics(except gender,nationality,and whether in love)(P<0.05).Social support,learning pressure,and student origin were important influencing factors for the psychological resilience level of students majoring in preventive medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological resilience of students majoring in preventive medicine is at a moderate level,and social support,learning pressure,and student origin are independent risk factors that affect the psychological resilience level of students majoring in preventive medicine.
