摘要
肺癌作为世界范围内标准化死亡率和标准化发病率最高的疾病,其早期诊断和及时治疗极其重要。影像学检查作为肺癌的主要检查和评价手段,尚不能完全揭示其生物学特性。影像组学对病灶进行分割和提取特征,用影像学特征预测病变的生物学行为,为肺癌诊疗提供依据。该文就影像组学在非小细胞型肺癌中的应用进展进行了综述。
Lung cancer is the disease with the highest standardized mortality and standardized incidence rate in the world,and its early diagnosis and timely treatment are extremely important.Imaging examination,as the main examination and evaluation method for lung cancer,cannot fully reveal its biological characteristics.Radiomics segments and extracts features from lesions,and uses imaging features to predict the biological behavior of lesions,providing a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.The article reviews the progress in the application of radiomics in non-small cell lung cancer.
