冠心病伴左心功能不全者行冠脉介入治疗的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Coronary Intervention in Coronary Artery Disease with Left Heart Insufficiency

目的分析冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称为冠心病)合并左心功能不全的患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对心功能指标的改善情况。方法随机选取2020年1—8月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄医院就诊的80例患有冠心病合并左心功能不全的患者作为研究对象,采取随机平均分组方式,分为研究组以及常规组各,40例,分别采取经皮冠状动脉介入治疗以及药物治疗两种方式,对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率(97.50%)显著高于常规组(72.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.804,P<0.05)。治疗后研究组Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者例数明显少于常规组;治疗后研究组左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径明显低于常规组,左室射血分数明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组出现并发症数量明显少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并左心功能不全的患者采取经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的方式,能够改善患者的心功能情况,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To analyze the improvement of cardiac function indexes in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD)complicated with left heart dysfunction after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease combined with left heart dysfunction who were treated in Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang Hospital from January to August 2020 were randomly selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into the study group and the routine group with 40 cases in each group by random average group-ing.Percutaneous coronary intervention therapy and drug therapy were adopted respectively.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(72.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.804,P<0.05).After treatment,the number of gradeⅢandⅣpatients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group.After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic diameter in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and left ventricular ejection fraction was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous coronary intervention can improve the cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left heart dysfunction and has high safety.
