糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症合并足坏疽患者应用外周血管支架介入术治疗的临床疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析探讨糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症合并足坏疽患者应用外周血管支架介入术治疗的临床疗效。方法简单随机选取2020年2月—2022年7月期间南平市第二医院收治的60例糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症合并足坏疽患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(常规方案治疗)和观察组(常规方案+外周血管支架介入术治疗),每组30例。比较两组临床疗效、糖尿病足Wagner分级及炎症因子水平。结果观察组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030)。观察组0级(56.67%)和1级(26.67%)患者占比较高于对照组,而观察组2级及3级占比明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现4级。干预后,观察组IL-10显著高于对照组,CRP及TNF-α显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症合并足坏疽应患者应用外周血管支架介入术治疗,临床疗效确切。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of peripheral vascular stent intervention in diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans complicated with foot gangrene.Methods Simple randomly selected 60 patients with diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans complicated with foot gangria admitted to the Second Hospital of Nanping City from February 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into control group(routine treatment)and observation group(routine treatment+peripheral vascular stent intervention),according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,Wagner grade of diabetic foot and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030).The proportion of grade 0(56.67%)and grade 1(26.67%)patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the proportion of grade 2 and grade 3 patients in the observation group was signifi-cantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Grade 4 did not appear in either group.After intervention,IL-10 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,CRP and TNF-αwere significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans complicated with foot gangrene should be treated with peripheral vascular stent intervention,and the clinical effect is accurate.
