循证护理对克罗恩病患者负性情绪及生活质量改善的价值研究

Value of Evidence-based Nursing in Improving Negative Emotions and Quality of Life in Patients with Crohn's Disease

目的探究循证护理对克罗恩病患者负性情绪及生活质量改善的价值。方法选取2018年5月—2022年5月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的60例克罗恩病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组30例。观察组在常规护理基础上实施循证护理,而对照组仅施以常规护理。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、生活质量评分、护理满意率。结果干预后,观察组SAS、SDS分别为(42.31±8.79)分、(46.31±5.65)分,低于对照组的(49.12±8.71)分、(50.97±6.54)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.014、2.953,P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分、护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在克罗恩病患者治疗期间实施循证护理可显著调节负性情绪,促进生活质量的提升,满足患者对护理的需求。

Objective To explore the value of evidence-based nursing to improve the negative emotion and quality of life of Crohn's patients.Methods Sixty patients with Crohn's disease admitted to the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group by random number table method.The observation group received evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing,while the control group received routine nursing only.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(42.31±8.79)points and(46.31±5.65)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(49.12±8.71)points and(50.97±6.54)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.014,2.953,P<0.05).The life quality score and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing during the treatment of Crohn's patients can significantly regulate negative emotions,promote the improvement of quality of life,and meet the needs of patients for nursing.
