白内障合并高血压患者围术期个性化护理干预的效果研究

Study on the Effects of Perioperative Personalized Nursing Intervention in Patients with Cataract Combined with Hypertension

目的探究白内障合并高血压患者应用围术期个性化护理的效果。方法随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月福建省立医院收治的100例白内障合并高血压患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用围术期常规护理,观察组采用围术期个性化护理。对比两组生活质量评分、护理满意度和并发症发生情况。结果观察组认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能评分分别为(85.56±9.45)分、(89.65±8.44)分、(88.56±9.66)分、(88.95±9.22)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.295、11.242、9.093、4.361,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.00%,优于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05)。结论在白内障合并高血压患者的围术期,给予其应用个性化护理方法,可以显著提升患者的临床护理效果,更有利于加速患者的术后恢复,不断提升生活质量,也可以提升护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative personalized nursing in patients with cataract and hyper-tension.Methods A total of 100 patients with cataract and hypertension admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to the nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was given perioperative routine nursing,while the observation group was given perioperative personalized nursing.The quality of life score,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of cognitive function,emotional function,role function and social function in the observation group were(85.56±9.45)points,(89.65±8.44)points,(88.56±9.66)points and(88.95±9.22)points,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.295,11.242,9.093,4.361,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was better than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 16.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.000,P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of cataract patients with hypertension,the application of personalized nursing methods can significantly improve the clinical nursing effect of patients,which is more conducive to accelerating the postoperative recovery of pa-tients,continuously improving the quality of life,and improving nursing satisfaction.It has clinical application value.
