低位产钳助产术在产科分娩中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Low Position Obstetric Forceps Assisted Delivery for Obstetric Delivery

目的 总结分析低位产钳助产术在产科分娩中的应用效果。方法 选择本院产科2022年2-12月收治的70例难产产妇作为研究对象,以助产方式的不同将其划分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例,观察组产妇均采取低位产钳助产术分娩,对照组产妇均采取剖宫产分娩。分析比较两组产妇并发症发生情况(产后出血、产道损伤、产褥感染等)、产后住院时间以及产后抗生素使用时间、新生儿情况(头皮血肿、面部擦伤、新生儿窒息等)等。结果 (1)观察组产妇分娩后并发症发生率,明显低于对照,差异明显(P<0.05);(2)观察组新生儿损伤发生率低于对照组,但两组数据对比不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)观察组产妇产后住院时间、抗生素使用时间明显短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 低位产钳助产术利用产钳的协助来被动牵引胎头,可以促进成功分娩,降低胎儿不良风险和预防母体损伤,提高各方满意度,值得推广使用。

Objective To summarize and analyze application effect of low position obstetric forceps assisted delivery in obstetric delivery.Methods The paper chose 70 cases of dystocia in our obstetrics department from February 2022 to December 2022 as research objects,and divided them into observation group and control group according to different modes of midwifery,35 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with low forceps midwifery delivery,while control group with caesarean section delivery.Incidence of complications(postpartum bleeding,birth canal injury,puerperal infection,etc.),length of stay after delivery,antibiotics application after delivery and condition of neonates(scalp hematoma,facial abrasions,neonatal asphyxia,etc.)was analyzed and compared between two groups.Results①Incidence rate of postpartum complications in observation group was 17.14%,significantly lower than 40.00%in control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).②Incidence of neonatal injury in observation group was 8.57%,significantly lower than 14.29%in control group.However,there was no statistically significant difference between two groups of data(P>0.05)postpartum length of stay(3.8±0.5)days and antibiotic use time(3.2±0.6)days in observation group was significantly shorter than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Low position forceps assisted delivery pulls fetal head with forceps passively,can promote successful delivery,reduce risk of fetal distress,prevent maternal injury and improve satisfaction degree of all parties,which is worthy of promotion and application.
