呼吸训练结合Pro-kin平衡训练系统对卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能改善的临床研究

Clinical Research on Breathing Training Combined with Pro Kin Balance Training System for Balance Function Improvement of Stroke Hemiplegic Patients

目的 观察呼吸训练结合Pro-kin平衡训练对脑梗死偏瘫患者平衡功能的康复疗效。方法 将50例脑梗死后偏瘫的患者随机分为试验组和对照组(各25例),2组均在常规治疗基础上给予呼吸训练;观察组在对照组基础上加用Pro-kin平衡训练仪。在治疗前后采取Berg平衡量表(Berg Balance Scale, BBS)、步行能力分级量表FAC(Functional Ambulation Classification)、TUG(Time Up and Go)、MBI评分评定患者的平衡功能及日常生活活动能力,以此评定疗效。结果 治疗6周后两组BBS、FAC、TUG、MBI评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后实验组BBS、FAC评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 患者脑梗死后,给予呼吸训练结合Pro-kin平衡训练系统训练,康复疗效显著,其作用原理主要是通过改善患者的平衡功能,提高其步行能力,进而提高患者的日常生活活动能力,有效提高脑梗死偏瘫患者的治疗时效性,缩短患者住院时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe rehabilitation effect of breathing training combined with Pro kin balance training on balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with hemiplegia after stroke and divided them into experimental group and control group(25 cases in each group)randomly.Both groups were treated with breathing training on the basis of routine treatment,observation group was supplemented with Pro kin balance training instrument on the basis of control group.Before and after treatment,balance function and activities of daily living ability of patients were evaluated with the Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Functional Ambulation Classification(FAC),TUG(Time Up and Go)and MBI scores to evaluate effect.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,scores of BBS,FAC,TUG and MBI in two groups were higher than before treatment,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the BBS and FAC scores of experimental group were higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion After stroke,breathing training combined with Pro kin balance training system training can achieve significant rehabilitation effect,with principle of improving balance function,walking ability,activities of daily living ability of of patients,which can improve timeliness of treatment and shorten hospital stay of stroke patients with hemiplegia,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
