目标导向治疗联合重症超声在老年脓毒性休克中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Targeted Therapy Combined with Severe Ultrasound for Elderly Patients with Septic Shock

目的 分析重症超声、目标导向治疗在临床治疗患者老年脓毒性休克病症中的应用价值。方法纳入2022年1-12月本院感染科诊治的患者100例,拟定临床分析计划,并依照需求收集相关数据,以治疗方案进行分组,研究组予以重症超声、目标导向治疗,对照组予以目标导向治疗,每组各50例,分析两组患者治疗效果、血气指标、生命体征、临床指标、氧代谢指标等。结果 研究组治疗效果比对照组更高(P<0.05)。研究组血气指标改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组中心静脉压、动脉压、心率等优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床指标改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组氧代谢指标显著优于对照组,对比差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床干预脓毒性休克患者期间,予以重症超声、目标导向治疗,能够稳定患者生命体征,提高患者血气指标,改善患者氧代谢功能,能够面向基层医疗机构进行推广,值得临床广泛推荐使用。

Objective To analyze and explore application value of severe ultrasound and targeted therapy in clinical treatment of elderly patients with septic shock.Methods The paper chose 100 patients diagnosed and treated in infectious disease department of our hospital from January to December 2022,developed a clinical analysis plan and collected relevant data according to needs,and divided them into groups based on treatment plan.Study group was treated with severe ultrasound and targeted treatment,while control group with targeted treatment,50 cases in each group.Treatment effect,blood gas indicators,vital signs,clinical indicators,oxygen metabolism indicators,etc.were analyzed between two groups.Results Treatment effect of study group(98.00%)was higher than control group(86.00%)(P<0.05).Improvement effect of blood gas indicators in study group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Central venous pressure,arterial pressure and heart rate in study group was better than control group(P<0.05).Improvement effect of clinical indicators in study group was better than control group(P<0.05).Oxygen metabolism indicators in study group were significantly better than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).C o n c l u s i o n During clinical intervention of patients with septic shock,severe ultrasound and targeted treatment can stabilize vital signs,improve blood gas indicators and oxygen metabolism function of patients,which is worthy of widely promotion and clinical recommendation in grassroots medical institutions.
