脊柱微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的效果分析

目的 研究脊柱微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折的效果。方法 将本院2018年9月-2022年3月间收治的104例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者作为研究对象,以Excel函数法分组,每组52例。对照组实施常规治疗,实验组实施脊柱微创手术治疗,以并发症、治疗有效率、症状改善效率、椎体实际改善效果及VAS评分等评判脊柱微创手术效果及在临床推广可行性。结果 相较于对照组,实验组治疗有效率、并发症发生率、椎体改善效果、症状改善效率、VAS评分均更理想(P<0.05)。结论 在骨质疏松性椎体骨折治疗中脊柱微创手术的效果更理想。因此,加大对脊柱微创手术的推广力度,可促使患者、医院实现双向收益。

Objective To study effect of minimally invasive surgery on osteoporotic vertebral fractures.Methods The paper chose 104 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to March 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into groups by Excel function method.Control group was treated with routine treatment and experimental group with spine minimally invasive surgery.Effect and feasibility of spine minimally invasive surgery was evaluated basded on complications,treatment effect,symptom improvement efficiency,actual improvement effect of vertebral body and VAS scores.Results Experimental group showed better treatment effect,incidence of complications,vertebral improvement effect,symptom improvement efficiency and VAS scores than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery can achieve ideal effect in treatmen t of osteoporotic vertebral fracture,it is necessary to increase promotion of spine minimally invasive surgery,patients and hospitals can realize two-way benefits effectively.
