补肾活血汤联合PFNA内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined with PFNA Internal Fixation in theTreatment of Elderly Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的:探讨补肾活血汤联合股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:将52例采用PFNA内固定术治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为对照组和中药组,各26例。对照组术后给予常规治疗及功能锻炼指导,中药组在此基础上口服补肾活血汤,连续4周。比较2组患者术后肢体消肿时间、骨折愈合时间、术后不良反应发生率、3月后髋关节功能恢复率,判断临床治疗效果。结果:接受中药治疗的患者在术后3个月,髋关节的恢复率明显优于对照组,其骨折愈合时间和肿胀消退时间都得到大幅度缩短,而且术后的不良反应也有所减少,差异具有统计学意义。结论:补肾活血汤可以有效缓解老年股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定术后肢体肿胀,减少术后不良反应的发生,促进骨折的愈合,加快髋关节功能的康复进程。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)internal fixation in the treatment of elderly femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:52 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with PFNA internal fixation were randomly divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine group,26 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and functional exercise guidance after operation,while the Chinese medicine group was given Bushen Huoxue Decoction on this basis for 4 consecutive weeks.The postoperative limb detumescence time,fracture healing time,incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,and recovery rate of hip joint function after 3 months were compared between the two groups to judge the clinical effect of treatment.Results:The recovery rate of the hip joint in the patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine was significantly better than that of the control group at 3 months after operation,the fracture healing time and swelling subsidence time were greatly shortened,and the postoperative adverse reactions were also reduced.has statistical significance.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue decoction can effectively relieve limb swelling after PFNA internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients,reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions,promote fracture healing,and accelerate the recovery process of hip joint function.
