石氏益肾健腰汤治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

The observations of the therapeutic effectiveness of Shi's Yishen Jianyao Decoction in treating liver-kidney deficiency type lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨石氏益肾健腰汤治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月本院肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者130例,根据随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组,每组各65例。对照组口服金乌骨通胶囊治疗;观察组口服石氏益肾健腰汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医症状量化评分;治疗后第7、14、28天VAS评分、JOA评分及血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)水平。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者中医症状量化评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后第7、14、28天VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后第7、14、28天JOA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血清炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论石氏益肾健腰汤治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症,能有效改善患者腰腿痛症状,临床疗效确切,能降低炎性反应,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effectiveness of Shi's Yishen Jianyao Decoction in treating liver-kidney deficiency type lumbar disc herniation.Methods 130 patients with liver-kidney deficiency type lumbar disc herniation who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,130 patients were divided into a control group and a observation group,65 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Jinwu Gutong capsules orally;patients were treated with Shi's Yishen Jianyao Decoction in the observation group.Compared the clinical efficacy of patients and quantitative symptom assessment in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM);compared the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and the Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)scores of the two groups of patients at 7,14,and 28 days after treatment;compared the serum interleukin 6(IL-6),Tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and interleukin 1β(IL-1β)levels.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the quantitative symptom assessment in TCM of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);VAS scores in the observation group were lower on days 7,14 and 28 after treatment than in the control group(P<0.05);JOA scores in the observation group were higher on days 7,14 and 28 after treatment than in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,The levels of the serum inflammatory factors IL-6,TNF-α,and IL-1βin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shi's Yishen Jianyao Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of liver-kidney deficiency type can effectively improve the symptoms of lumbago and leg pain,and the clinical effect is definite,can reduce the inflammatory reaction,and the clinical application value is significant.
