运动疗法联合推拿手法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

The curative effect observation of exercise therapy combined with massage manipulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨运动疗法联合推拿手法治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法选择2020年5月到2021年12月KOA患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组各49例,对照组采用西医治疗,观察组运动疗法联合推拿手法治疗。两组疗程30 d。比较两组VAS疼痛程度、关节屈曲度、WOMAC水平和LKS水平。结果观察组总有效率(95.92%)高于对照组(79.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者VAS、WOMAC明显降低,且关节屈曲度、LKS明显增加(P<0.05)。结论应用运动疗法联合推拿手法治疗KOA疗效满意,可以缓解关节疼痛,提高关节功能活动度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of exercise therapy combined with massage manipulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 98 KOA patients from May 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into 49 cases from the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was combined with exercise therapy and massage manipulation.Both sessions were 30 d.The visual analogue scale(VAS)pain level,joint flexion,McMaster Universities Arthritis Index(WOMAC)scores levels and Lysholm Knee Score(LKS)levels were compared.Results The total response rate in the observation group(95.92%)was higher than that in the control group(79.59%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had significantly decreased VAS and WOMAC,and significantly increased joint flexion and LKS(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of exercise therapy and massage manipulation to treat KOA has a satisfactory curative effect,which can relieve joint pain and improve joint functional mobility,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
