课程思政融入混合式教学全过程的探索——以“公共部门人力资源管理”课程为例

摘要 以思想政治教育来引领学生的价值观塑造,具有立国先立人、立人先立德的重要价值意蕴。“公共部门人力资源管理”是行政管理专业的核心课程,采用线上线下混合式教学模式,进行思想政治教育与多元化任务驱动式教学有机契合的教学改革探索。围绕知识传授、能力培养、价值观塑造“三位一体”的教学目标,建构思想政治理念与专业知识自然融合的线上线下教学空间,实现学生思政素养培育以及教师正己树人的师风建设,提升课程思政的建设效果。 It is of great significance to the development of a country to cultivate talents with both virtue and ability.“Human Resource Management in Public Sector”is the core course of administrative management major.It adopts the dual-line mixed instructional design mode to carry out the exploration of teaching reform that combines ideological and political education and multi-task-driven teaching.Centering on the teaching objectives of“knowledge imparting,ability training and value shaping”,this paper constructs an“online to offline”teaching space that integrates ideological and political ideas with professional knowledge,to realize the ideological and political construction of students and teachers,and improve the effect of ideological and political construction in the curriculum.
