摘要
针对工程训练教学体系存在的问题,依据新工科建设对人才培养的要求,从理念、平台、模式、师资、机制五个维度出发,每个维度三个坐标定向,提出建立和实施“五维三坐标”的工程训练体系。通过凝练“三位一体”化的工程教育培养目标理念,搭建三区综合化的工程训练平台,构建三阶递进式的项目化教学模式,建设三型复合式的师资队伍,打造三方协同式的产学研育人机制,从而完善工程训练体系,提升工程教育质量,为培养高素质复合型人才提供参考。
Aiming at the problems existing in the teaching system of engineering training and according to the talent training requirements of Emerging Engineering Education,the establishment and implementation of“five dimensional and three coordinate”engineering training system is proposed.The system starts from the five dimensions of concept,platform,mode,teachers and mechanism.Each dimension is oriented by three coordinates.The concept of“three in one”engineering education training goal is condensed.A three zone integrated engineering training platform was built.The three-level progressive project-based teaching model is constructed.Three types of comprehensive teaching staff and tripartite collaborative industry-university-research education mechanism are established.In this way,the engineering training system can be improved and the quality of engineering education can be improved,which can provide a reference for the cultivation of high-quality compound talents.
