摘要 师范专业认证是建设教育强国,顺应国际教育发展趋势,为满足时代和市场对优质教师的迫切需求而推行的重要举措。有利于引导各区域师范院校积极主动推进内涵发展,对各级师范院校规范教师教育专业建设,提升人才培养质量和满足当前教育改革需要具有重要的意义。师范专业认证最终聚焦于教师的教学技能,中文师范生作为未来教师,除了应具备常规的教学技能外,还要从文本解读、启发引导、研究发展方面提升教学技能,以适应新时代教师教育改革需求。 The Certification for Teacher Education Major(CTEM)is a crucial measure for China to build itself as an education power.It meets the urgent need of the market for high-quality teachers.CTEM promotes all local normal colleges to a connotative development level,which is significant in standardizing teacher education major construction and improving the quality of talent training.Since CTEM centers on the teaching skills of teachers,normal university students majoring in Chinese,as future teachers,should improve their teaching skills from the aspects of textual interpretation,inspiration and guidance,and academic development,so as to meet the needs of teacher education reform in the new era.
