职业能力培养导向下艺术设计专业实践教学改革研究

Research on Practical Teaching Reform of Art Design Major under the Guidance of Professional Ability Training

由于艺术设计类专业受传统观念和管理机制的影响与约束,导致高校艺术专业与地域文化资源及产业发展缺乏有效的衔接。要从根本上改变理论教学与实践教学脱节、实践教学依附理论教学的现象,从而提出了专业设置要融合职业岗位能力,增强沟通、创意、策划、制造四种核心能力。构建“课堂—大师工坊—行业、学校—企业—产业、创新—创意—创业”的“三元递进”人才培养链,深化现代职业教育教学改革,多环节综合构建艺术设计类专业实践教学平台。

Art and design majors are influenced and constrained by traditional concepts and management mechanism,which leads to the lack of effective connection between art majors in colleges and universities and regional cultural resources and industrial development,and this will fundamentally change the phenomenon that theoretical teaching and practical teaching are disconnected and practical teaching is attached to theoretical teaching.Thus,this paper puts forward the four core abilities of professional setting,enhancing communication,creativity,planning and manufacturing,constructs“classroom-workshop-industry”“university-enterpriseindustry”and“innovation-creativity-practice”training chain,and deepens the teaching reform of modern vocational education with multiple links to build a practical teaching platform of art and design majors.
