摘要
随着我国经济的高速发展,“双碳”背景下对流程装备人才培养提出了更高的要求,校企深度合作模型的创新对能源与动力工程专业人才培养起着重要的作用。从可持续发展、产学研培养基地、学科建设与科研相结合方面进行创新人才培养,深化协同创新机制,打造加快科研成果转化,构建特色鲜明的人才培养模式。面向能源与动力工程专业的实际需求,培养具有扎实流程工业实践能力和国际视野的研究型人才。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the higher requirements are put forward under the background of dual-carbon for process equipment talents.The innovation of school-enterprise deep cooperation model plays an important role in the training of energy and power engineering professionals.We should train innovative talents from the aspects of sustainable development,industry-university-research training base,and the combination of discipline construction and scientific research,deepen the collaborative innovation mechanism,accelerate the transformation of scientific research achievements,and build a distinctive talent training model,facing the actual needs of energy and power engineering,to cultivate research-oriented talents with solid process industry practice ability and international vision.
